A 30-minute conversation about your team, your challenges, and what you've already tried. No pitch, no pressure — just figuring out if there's a fit.
I embed
I join your team part-time — typically 2-3 days per week. I attend standups, meet with your people, review your systems, and start making things better.
You grow
As the team strengthens, my involvement decreases. I help you hire a permanent leader if that's the goal, or step back as internal leaders step up.
Who am I
I'm Jeff Casimir. I've spent 15+ years building teams and teaching people to build software. I founded Turing School of Software & Design, where we trained over 2,000 developers. Before that, I ran Jumpstart Lab, delivering technical training to companies like LivingSocial, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and dozens of startups.
I've hired and managed engineering teams, designed curricula from scratch, coached new managers through their first hard conversations, and helped organizations figure out what they actually need from their technical leadership.
Now I bring that experience directly to teams that need it.
