I’ve put together a little page describing my guarantee. There are plenty of companies out there doing technical training. We’re different.
Almost everyone doing training is a technical person trying to become a teacher. It’s just not that easy. In sports, you don’t see superstars become coaches because what makes a good players is fundamentally different from what makes a good coach.
I am not the greatest programmer out there, I don’t have any problem with that. I am, though, one of the best teachers you’ll find in the technical space. I taught middle school, I taught high school, I coached teachers and developed school-wide plans. I know education.
That’s why our training is different, and I’m confident that if you give it a try you’ll say it was “GREAT”! If you’re not completely happy with your experience, I’ll refund 110% of your ticket price. If don’t feel like your time was well spent, then just giving back you money isn’t enough — I owe you something for your time. So 110% it is.
I’m not worried about it, and you shouldn’t be either.
